Discuss your project,
Schedule a site visit, and
Provide an estimate.

All estimates are non-binding, subject to change, and are not offers that can be accepted to create a binding contract unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

4.2 Service areas
The Site lists service areas within the Sacramento region (including Sacramento, Placer, and El Dorado Counties). We reserve the right to accept or decline projects outside or inside these areas at our sole discretion.

4.3 Separate agreements
Any actual demolition or related services will be governed by separate written agreements that may include additional terms and conditions, pricing, schedules, and scope of work.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, photos, videos, icons, layout, and design (collectively, the “Content”), is owned by or licensed to Kulber Builders and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5.2 Limited license

IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR SERVICES VIA THE SITE IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kulber Builders regarding your use of the Site.
